Dance Like No One Is Watching

Dance with Sunrae and friends this week.

Remember last week we talked about the importance of exercise, well I forgot to mention dancing. Dancing really helps your body and you don't even have to think how it is helping, because you're having fun, making new friends You even get to show off to others what you have learned in a dance recital or a big show production with lights and everything.

Me and Ms. Mona are going to be in a big show production called

"The Chocolate Nutcracker" , in December. Just in time for the holidays. Ms. Mona and I have been learning an African and Tap dance that will be performed in the show. Ms. Mona has been choreographing a Tap dance ( making up a dance routine) for children ages 7-10 years old.

The children are having fun and are eager to learn. They make sure they eat healthy snacks between practice and so do I. Me and the other kids muscles are sore at the end of our rehearsel, so we make sure we take a hot bath. If you don't dance in a recital or big show production, dance around your house for your family and friends. Dance like no one is watching, even if someone really is. Just welcome them to your show. DANCE HAPPY.
